DEAR PANKAJ,


2^256 = {(2^8 )^32}/17 = {(256)^32}/17

= {(255+1)^32}/17= 1^32/17 [ as 255 is divisble by 17 so remainder is

0 and we left with 1 only]

=1

remainder=1

2 power 256 is equal to16 power 64. we know that remainder when 16 divided by 17 is -1.so when 16 power 64 is divided by17 the remainder is -1 power 64 which is equal to 1
